What is HalTech?

We are a technology review website that supplies you the reader with unbiased and professional unboxings, reviews and more on consumer technology, ranging from enthusiast pc components to smartphones. We aren't paid to say anything that we say, when we say it we mean it.

At HalTech we provide a whole host of different content in both video and written formats.  Our written articles vary in size from the cover reviews we do to the full feature length reviews of 2500 words and up; we always try to say as much as we can about each product we review. The website also loads the entire review onto one page so we aren't inflating our site impressions by getting our readers to load 6,7,8 or more pages just to read one review!

Prior to creating HalTech, Hal worked in reviews & marketing for his local PC retailer. With four years of experience in PC reviews and eight working with components altogether, Hal has a vast amount of experience with all areas of the PC market.

Sonny Maitland-Smith

Press & Reviews Editor

Prior to working at HalTech, Sonny has produced reviews for another reviews YouTube channel, producing subjective video content on mobile technology, pc components and most notably a series of PC System reviews for PC Specialist
